Choose
Every product page lists the dimensions, the materials and the weave, and how the rug suits daily life underfoot. Compare pieces, read the reviews, add to cart.

Order
Pay in cash on delivery or by bank transfer. A confirmation email with your order number arrives immediately.

Dispatch
Orders placed before the daily cut-off leave our workshop the same business day, packed and handed to an insured courier with a tracking number.

Use and return
Follow the care notes that come with the rug. Changed your mind? You can send it back within 30 days under the conditions on the Returns page.
What we hold ourselves to
Pure Wool, No Synthetic Filler
Our pile is combed wool, not a wool-poly blend sold under a wool label. It holds its loft underfoot and doesn't mat down the way cheaper fibers do within a season.
Hand-Tufted On A Cotton Foundation
Each rug is tufted onto a cotton foundation weave rather than punched through a thin scrim backing, so the knots stay locked and edges don't fray with regular foot traffic.
Checked Before It Leaves Our Workshop
Someone runs a hand over every rug for tension, pile height and dye evenness before it's wrapped for shipping. Uneven batches get set aside rather than sold.
Direct-To-Door Dispatch
Rugs go out wrapped in breathable cotton with reinforced corners and a tracking number, sent straight from our workshop rather than through a retail warehouse.
Common questions
How do I know which rug size fits my room?As a rough guide, leave a border of bare floor around the rug rather than pushing it to the walls, and make sure it extends at least under the front legs of your main furniture. Each product page lists exact dimensions so you can measure against your space before ordering.
Do you ship across Canada, and how will I know where my order is?Yes, we dispatch nationwide and send a tracking number by email as soon as the rug leaves our workshop. Exact delivery timing and any shipping charges are set out on our delivery page rather than repeated here.
What if the rug isn't right once it arrives?You can return it within 30 days of delivery as long as it's unused and still in its original packaging. Get in touch first so we can arrange the return properly rather than sending it back unannounced.
